Pasta Time

It’s always more fun when everybody cooks. Granddaughter is rolling out the pasta, her dad is making the garlic bread, Mr S is chopping vegetables, and I’m filling in the blanks. Biggest challenge is boiling a big kettle of water—it takes FORever. 
Fresh fettuccine was tossed with matchstick zucchini, pine nuts, lemon, garlic, shallots, thyme, oregano, parsley, and sun dried tomatoes. A good summer dish using stuff from the garden.
