Notes: Woke up a few times but wasn't able to wake enough to get out of bed until well after 7a. Didn't feel up to biking or the heat so put on suit and went to swim laps. The jackasses have bolted down the rope tho so I can't be removed for laps - was a pretty awful swim and needless to say, I was not very happy w/ it ... ended up cutting laps short - too difficult. Did a load of laundry, made a batch of whipped cream for Linda & Eric and took it over with a couple carnivore pancakes and whipped butter for them to try (and to return the mixer and ice tray I'd borrowed). Watched some TV then - all was coverage of the "Trump assassination" - I saw right thru the theatrics and fakery. Watched a decode video then and all I thought was confirmed. Did a meditation and then made some beef bacon w/ big load of scrambled eggs and some sunflower greens (my sub for the microgreens yesterday - not loving them tho). Also made another batch of cinnamon whipped cream for myself w/ the new raw grass-fed/finished cream from the produce stand - is sooooo thick tho and a bit of an off flavor so not sure I'll get it again. Great storms came thru in the evening w/ rain and loud booming thunder!
