Notes: Woke ~5a and got up and did some work for BranchOUT. Jo was still awake in Australia and we ended up doing a Signal phone call for over an hour. I headed out then, ATM, Food Patch and Lakeview Produce - spent so much money! Got back and my microgreens were rotting and smelly so turned right around and took them back to the produce stand and traded for some sunflower greens. Started a batch of carnivore ice cream (heavy cream, egg yolks whipped) and put in freezer, went to pool for a bit - quite hot and had the place to myself which is so nice! - back and did some more kitchen stuff and house cleaning. Made some more whipped cream, whipped up a small batch of butter and also tried a new recipe for carnivore pancakes (eggs, gelatin and collagen) - came out ok, ice cream doesn't have much flavor. With a couple pancakes that went in went pan was too hot (fell flat), I also ate some shredded steak, beef bacon and whipped cream. Cleaned up all that as well as vacuumed and mopped the floors. Showered and watched some vids, talked to Sally about work stuff and did more on BranchOUT until 830p. Showers thru the afternoon then hot and sunny again and then rumbling thunder later in the evening and more scattered showers came thru.
