Notes: Up and went for errands first thing - manifested the Grass Fed heavy cream @ Food Patch tho I had to circle back and look again as it wasn't on the shelves and a staff member wheeled up a cart with several boxes and asked if I was looking for the grass-fed one! Had coffee and did supplements when I got back and then jumped into work until ~11a, went to the pool for just under an hour and then back for a short Zoom w/ Sally about BranchOUT and Google Forms. Had decided to do a day of dry fasting after the coffee so rest of afternoon was full of work for BranchOUT, SpeakOUT, late shower and then jumped into Carlene's website and started a template in Wix studio and worked on that until 715p. Streamed shows in the evening.
