Notes: Slept pretty long and hard again. A beautiful cardinal landed on the balcony and managed to get a few pics of it. We did an Essentrics in the morning (first time for that) and had coffee. Michelle went to chiro appt 930a, I jumped back into ACtS newsletter finetuning and adding testimonials. She returned and then left again ~1030a for an appt in Haymarket. I continued to do some bits of work on the newsletter and adding testimonials to the website. Michelle had 2-3p women's group and then she left a little after 4p for PB open play at Pickleballerz. I heated up my leftover pizza and made a green smoothie, watched more Animal Kingdom and made some notes on pickleball spa retreat. Later, we watched the final episode of Ted Lasso (season 3 - supp another season coming).
