Tin Tabernacles of 2024 #13

Blennerhasset Evangelical Mission. A tiny tin church in very good condition.

Drove south across the border this morning. We firstly went to the Watchtree Nature Reserve a few miles west of Carlisle. What a great use of a disused airfield. Lovely walk and sustaining flapjack in the cafe.

Then on to the pretty village of Blennerhasset to look for the tin tabernacle. Successful, as blipped.

We are now in the market town of Wigton having a bowl of lentil soup. It really isn't warm weather!

Back over the border later to Lockerbie.
