Almost Midsummer

A lovely sunny morning. Up early pre breakfast with Fletch and a walk on the hillside with wonderful views. 
He snoozed in the room while we had breakfast, very efficiently run in the W restaurant. 
 
Then we drove up to Keswick . It was busy of course and warm. We walked alongside the lake under the trees.
 We then had a wander in town but it was getting hotter so back to the cafe by the theatre, but it was busy and noisy and they would only do waitress service even if all you wanted was a drink. So we left  had an ice-cream looking at the view then drove back to the Low Wood and up to the hillside and sat snd enjoyed the views and the quiet

After our evening meal we had a long leisurely stroll by the lake while Fletch sniffed every blade of grass. A wonderful sunset tonight that  lasted for ages.
