All Good Things

We had a leisurely morning sitting out in the garden, enjoying the sunshine this morning and then after lunch we drove to Longhoughton Beach (next village).
I had two short swims (water not as cold as I thought it would be) and then we walked along the cliff. Poppy was a bit whiffy when we got back to the vicarage so we popped her in the bath. She seemed to enjoy it and had a mad half hour afterwards! We watched the football again tonight. Relief that Italy are through.
Nathaneal (Poppy’s owner) is coming back tomorrow morning. We’ve had such a lovely time here in Northumberland. I’ll really miss her.
