Yuck

Sorry folks but this is the extent of my daily excitement today
Blipper Blethers reminded me yesterday that a mutual friend had introduced this object of torture to me and I had just as quickly passed it to Ali. However, today I decided it might be just what I needed to try to clear my tubes.
Colin kindly picked it up for me so today nasal rinsing has been the order of the day.
