Forget me Not

Deb went for a fell run today, whilst I decided after yesterdays walk to take it easy - I drove her down to Rydal, and walked along the river between Rydal & Grasmere.

I shot this on my 50 year old Carl Zeiss Tessar lens - the same model as the first lens I got with my first (Praktica ) camera. I love the way it has a great sharp sweet spot, with the wonderful, soft rendition of the out of focus areas.

Also quite appropriate on the week commemorating the 80th anniversary of D-Day
