The overnight rain put paid to hopes of golf this morning so it was another trip to the outdoor pool to get some exercise.

The rain set in again this afternoon so haven’t done a great deal else other than phone the insurance company to ask how they justified our home and contents quote for this year being almost 50% higher than last year’s premium, given that we haven’t made a claim in years you’re probably familiar with the stock answers!

Anyway, after a bit of haggling, we agreed a price about 10% lower than the original quote.

The rain finally stopped after dinner so here’s some tiny raindrops on a leaf and an even tinier critter that I didn’t spot until I uploaded the photo.

Not as attractive as yesterday’s dragonfly but definitely tinier.
