A Waiting Mountain Goat

So this is Ben waiting on a bench whilst Mr KCNQ2Haiku, Leo and I saw what was around the next bend.  Joyously, it was more path!  We elected to leave that treat for another day but as it can all be reached from the barn on foot, it is exceedingly Good News!  We hadn't planned to walk very far this afternoon, as we had already walked out in the morning but the sun was so beautiful and both Ben and I had napped(!) so we felt fresh air might be good and also necessary, if we wanted bedtime to be adhered to!  Ben needed some encouragement, so we began calling Leo our little Black Lamb and Ben, our Mountain Goat!  He lived up to his name.. until he was a little worn out, which was when we left him resting for a minute whilst we saw what was around the corner.  Overall a good day, if a little whingey from the Mountain Goat.  Also, the Little Black Lamb required a bath, so there was some doleful, sad eyes followed by zoomies!  All good fun.
