Big

Big sky, big hills, big
walk, big puddle!  Weather shifts
every few minutes!

We've had glorious sunshine and birdsong; torrential rain; sharp winds.. you get it all up here!  Mr KCNQ2Haiku did a ridiculously long and steep bike ride, something like 2000 metres of climbing and was gone a fairly long time.  He came back tired and happy (and a little soggy).  Ben and I walked Leo and then ventured to town for some shopping.  He's been a bit full on and we've been fielding lots of questions but we've mostly held it together.  We had a further walk in the afternoon (see photo), I just love the landscape around here.  Leo was in a few proper staring contests with some sheep!  I mostly managed to distract him away without too much barking.  Pork and apple pie for tea from the local shop, log burner glowing.. all is good in KCNQ2Haiku world :-)
