Dentist for extraction

4 less back teeth, top and bottom,  both sides. This blip poster was my view in the waiting room. Would have preferred country park views. Advised not to run tomorrow,  so I shall walk parkrun. 

Spent the morning trying to keep calm. 

Spent a lazy afternoon feeling sorry for myself, reading and listening to a gripping Perez crime novel by Ann Cleaves, 'Raven Black'. Totally recommend it. 

This evening journeyed to Maidstone to sort out mum's house.
