I received this beautiful photo of L as a Butterfly for World Book Day. Inspired by The Hungry Caterpillar.  A fab choice of book as she has read it so many times. 

Zumba this morning - the music did not work and our teacher revealed that it was a recurring nightmare.  After 15 mins we started. I am still very uncoordinated but enjoy the music and movement in the class. 

B was waiting for her call from the hospital due at 12 noon, at 2.30 we met for a windy walk to the Basin. The call finally arrived at 4 pm. We enjoyed a coffee and chat.
