Full Day

Daybreak and with the others I was in the boatyard preparing the gig ready for the Sunday morning ‘Racheal Row’. Number 6 or stroke this morning it was another lesson along with some exercise.
Quick McD’s breakfast and home for a shower before heading to the rugby club to watch Sam. Really enjoyable afternoon watching the Women’s Team play, four games in of their first season, numbers are increasing, skills improving and fun increasing, it’s all for the good.
