t'Tour

In just over 12 months, the Tour de France will be coming to Lancashire. It will have two days mostly in Yorkshire, but the highlight will be a few minutes when the cyclists reach the top of the Cragg Vale road, up from Mytholmroyd, where about 1km of the race passes through Lancashire. Cragg Vale is said to be the longest continuous gradient in England, an uphill slog for almost 9km.

I assume this chap was carrying out route reconnaissance although he was going the wrong way. I think, judging from his expression, he knew that.
