Grandad with Maddy

A day at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park to the east of Escondido. We explored various ecosystems from the African savanna to the Condor Ridge, Australia and the mountain gorillas.

It’s a shame grandad has his eyes closed!

Another fine sunny day. As we were leaving the Christmas lights show was just starting.

Madison was collected my her mum when we got back so it was just Landon this evening. We played some basketball outside in the gathering darkness. He returns to school tomorrow after the Thanksgiving break.

He’s just got to know us again and we’re leaving.

Thank you for your kind wishes for yesterday’s news. Chris the bass will be a sad loss to Doddington village, the Raspberry Keytones, the Marmites and all the other musicians and groups in Kent and beyond. He knew so many people who will feel his loss keenly.
