Slightly silly Saturday…
Visited the library, post office and co-op as part of our walk which ended up in Mote Park as it often does. It was here that todays blip presented itself as mum held onto her girls to prevent them getting out of control down the hill.
It’s as well as she did as by the bridge in the distance she had to get to one side as a car was coming the other way. Why there are cars in the Park I don’t know unless you live there or are a blue badge holder. Poor mum, I imagine she will have to help push them both up the hill on the other side.
Jobs this afternoon, clearing the greenhouse for me and cleaning for Susan. All done now and enjoying a cup of tea while watching the first half of England v South Africa rugby.
More fascinating insights into glucose trends today. Still a spike with the morning porridge yet not a corresponding low owing to seeds and nuts. Lunch was a surprise, one less (thick) slice of bread, two eggs, small portion of cheese with salad didn’t cause a spike at all as it did yesterday with two (thick) slices.
We saw some lovely photos and videos of Thanksgiving from California. Madison resolutely sleeping in all the photos we saw and with all the many sounds going on with a big crowd.
