Awesome

The Ghost from Goose Bay, the picture of a Vulcan that we found in a cardboard tube when we were looking for something else, has been framed for the first time. I think that B has had it for 30+years.

We had a message to say that it and the Jaguar picture were ready for collection in Ashbourne. I was blown away when I saw it. It just has so many memories and meaning for me.

It has to be hung, when we find the box with the heavy duty hooks. They were in a box on the spare bed whilst we got all of the pictures hung and then were put ‘somewhere safe’. Now the hunt starts.

It has been a busy day. Having decided to go to Ashbourne to collect the pictures we added in a visit to M&S Food to see what the set up was and a detour via Denstone Hall Farm Shop for coffee and goodies on the way back. We took Amber with us for some socialisation.

We got home to find a box of plants safely delivered. They are now unpacked awaiting their new temporary home, which will arrive tomorrow.

Every day has its collection of communications to be seen to and plans made, it’s never ending.

Today’s picture is not the best that could be taken, that will be another day, but I want it recorded today.

The picture in extras is one taken In Ashbourne, a quirky little town that needs to be explored.
