Heathrow

Back blip. It has been a hectic week with the wedding, but I have all the photos and will catch up with posting gradually.

This photo was taken by S and shared with us.  
R & S plus H & K set out at 6 am to drive to Heathrow. The newlyweds flying to Saudi Arabia for a combination of work for R and a short honeymoon.  The girls are flying home to Canada to their families. We heard that they have all arrived safely.

This evening B & me went down to the accommodation that S’s parents have been staying at. We ordered food from a Chinese restaurant in town and had it delivered. It was delicious, some new recipes for us and our Canadian guests. 

It was a lovely social evening. Amazing that we only met them for the first time two weeks ago and get on so well. They are heading home to Calgary in the morning so we adjourned early. We were all exhausted after our busy week.
