Bit by bit

An early start as B had a hospital follow up appointment in Derby. This is our third visit and we are getting into a routine. Get there early to get a parking space, grab a coffee which is barely warm, but wet and be speedily seen and on our way home. The appointment today was for 10am and we were out by ten past ten.

The haste to get home today was because my potting shed was being delivered. R came round to house sit in case they arrived before we got home. The kettle was on and coffee made as the lorry arrived. Fortunately the weather was dry, sunny, but very cold.

Watching the assembly was interesting and very satisfying. My previous shed was 2ft longer than this one and I wasn’t sure if I’d made a mistake with this smaller one, but it’s fine. The two chaps doing the job were a bit grumpy, but had cheered up a bit by the time they were finished.

We have started to move things from the garage into the shed, but need to make sure that I keep the right things and don’t dispose of things unnecessarily.

The picture in extra is the assembled product. There’s still lots of moving things about to do.
