Friday pedal!
Decided to have a wee ride up to meet with my friends for this morning's run. I don't ride this bike often enough and I always forget how nice it is to pedal. She moves quite swiftly and she gives relatively comfortable ride. (although I cycled up in my running clothes and a pair of bib shorts would definitely have heightened the experience). Definitely going to make cycling up to the gym a regular occurrence as not only is it an extra 1 pound in the jar, it is also an extra 12 miles each time I do it which all add up to my weekly mileage. My legs actually felt okay after the run when I was cycling which was a wee bonus. First time I did the cycle-run-cycle, my legs were pretty sore.
