I didn't eat the blackberries!!

Daughter number 1 was caught right in the act of raiding the fridge for blackberries. She really does love her fruit. It warms the cockles!

Today was without a doubt one of the toughest that I have ever had on two wheels. We cycled over the campsies in a gale which unfortunately was a headwind and into the driving rain. A tough shift but one that I was glad that I did. We have logged a lot of sunny miles recently so I suppose it is only fair that we have to slog a few rainy miles out from time to time so that we appreciate the good days even more. And a wee bonus was that I got a King of the Mountain on a Strava segment.

Things really feel to be coming together with my cycling and my fitness. Every session that I did last week was great. Feel like I am currently on an upward spiral and long may t continue.
