Notes: Got up lazily, took Lizzy for a walk around the big square and then cooked more chicken & gizzards for her - she ate some in the morning. Talked to Mic on phone for 45 min and booked a possible flight to her for Thanksgiving. Quiet day, didn't do much except some cooking: spinach & feta salad w/ warm (turkey) bacon dressing and egg. Also made a 1/2 batch of quinoa and topped w/ avo, tomato, sprouts and pumpkin seeds. Also made a batch of cherry jam. Lizzy ate again early afternoon (2nd eating - a cup of prepared stuff). Underarm rash raging again so took a 1/2 bath, mostly to soak. Jumped on Zoom 345p with Jo before the Community group from 4-6p. Ended up just being Jo, myself and Monique - was really good. Took Lizzy for an evening walk after the Zoom and then she ate again (3rd time - unbelievable!) of lamb and then more chicken & gizzards. Quiet peaceful day, Lizzy & I sat out back a bit in the afternoon - pic of the caterpillar crawling up the screen. Watched more Yellowstone in the evening.
