Notes: Up 4a, coffee at 630a. Heard from Amy at 7a - she was ready for me to come load. I was overjoyed! Took only about hour and a half and pulled out 848a (central). Trailer puking went much better than I thought and was able to make it so the way to Shreveport on one tank (tho light was on). Filled up near hotel for $2.96/gal!

Talked to Joe a couple times on the road as well as Wei and mom. Got 321 miles out of the way and the hectic Dallas roads behind me. Crossed Louisiana state line at 2p (central) and pulled off for hotel shortly after. They had some healthy food options like Evol (exciting) and I chose an Amy's pad thai - thought it was quite good! Treated myself to Dove ice cream bar and put in NA beer (Amy gave me a bunch) on ice. Had time to relax and hotel much nicer and cleaner than I expected.
