Notes: Slept till almost 8a, weird dreams and Debbie Bosler in some of them. Went to Publix mid morning for couple things and more chicken breasts and gizzards for Lizzy. Stopped by the little Crossroads coffee house on the way back - very cute and they also have some produce and pastured eggs, may try those next time. Lizzy still with diarrhea but did eat better. I had "breakfast" when I got back around 11a (turkey bacon, egg and avocado) and then later had arugula salad and frozen pizza (spinach feta). Just feeling like I want to eat all day anymore - thought the fasting would reset all that. Finger that had healed up is seeming to act up again and underarms not great either. Went to watch more Yellowstone and the next episode would hardly play if I fast forwarded - very annoying. Tired early.
