Notes: 3 wks later on this little tree - I thought it would be much progressed by now. Took Lizzy out thru the night and still woke earlier than I expected before 7a - quite chilly! Did a 30 min jog (has been 3 wks since the last one so was great to get moving again) and then Lizzy & I watered the lawn. Threw sheets in the wash, took a shower and watched the CBS Sun Morning show. Put the big sweet potato and beets in the oven to roast - feeling like a fall Sunday with things cooking and football on tv! Had quite a bit in the eating period, dozing a bit on the couch w/ Lizzy late afternoon and then wanted something else and ate a bit more.
