Herby, marinated mushrooms
Whilst I had some crackers in the dehydrator, I thought I'd also use it for giving some flat portobello mushrooms a basting.
The filling is a combination of sun-dried tomatoes, pine nuts, parsley and basil. There was garlic in the marinade so it was altogether quite a punchy meal.
So nice NOT to be cooking in this heat-wave. Suddenly it's Summer.
