Peanut butter cookies

Wondering if these will do as samples for a radio show...Will be promoting a local baking festival (and also doing a demo at it) this coming weekend.

Oats, peanut butter, maple syrup and coconut oil results in something softer than traditionally baked biscuits, but miles better in the flavour stakes.
