Glasgow in the gloaming

Glorious weather in the South as I walked Woody up in the woods early in the morning.  Everything was green and colours shone and the May blossom is breathtaking this year..  I did some last minute planting out whilst packing and doing emails.  When I went over to Mum’s she was totally packed and looking forward to the journey.  She came back to us for a light lunch and then we drove over to Southampton airport.  There was never any rush which was the key thing.  

@xtoph1 met us at Edinburgh and then we went our separate ways and I caught the train over to Glasgow to meet the team for a supper for Jonathan’s birthday dinner.   

I am staying in an aparthotel down by the river high up on the 13 floor.  Looking South West over the huge St Enoch shopping centre and squinting off to the right a nice glimpse of the Clyde.  Lots of space which is welcome as I’m here for some time.
