Video wall

We continued the recce today, starting in the second of the two main locations.  It is coming along really well but can’t quite see we’ll be ready (we’ll be ready).  Then it was back to the studio for lunch and to recce the train set.  For the first time in my career I am working on a show with a video wall.  This is relatively new technology and is still expensive but it is ultimately simpler quicker and offer up many more possibilities than the old green screen technology.   Here’s the back of it! 

Many of the crew standing on the ‘train’ and looking out of the window reported feeling a bit motion sick and dizzy which was both a tribute and a slight concern. 

HoDs dinner at Eusebi an old favourite and it really delivered. Delicious.
