Bike Ride

Nice to get out on the bikes again, and a lovely sunny spring day for it too.

We did around eighteen to twenty kilometres (Janet went the pretty way) around North Nibley and Waterley Bottom, with 300m of elevation gain. At one point I did have to actually turn my battery on... ;-) 

What with walking, swimming and cycling this week I really ought to feel fitter than I do. Decorating is a killer... lol.
