Vandalism, why?

I've said before my dislike for graffiti although some of it does have a some talent to it but my Blipped sign is just wanton vandalism and I see even lees of a point to it!
Where I walk Kasper of a morning there containers with roles of poo bags and recently some oiks are pulling streams of the bags out of the containers and by the time they have finished they are unable to be used.

I'm looking forward to tomorrow as I am heading to Christchurch to collect my sofa's and arm chair after restoration and I have the Forrester along for company. I don't even mind the 0430 start!
