half a century!

Epic ride this morning which took us over the Tak ma doon road twice and up the crow road and into the worst headwind that I have ever experienced. The rain was lashing down and you could hardly see 3 feet in front of yourself. However, if I can climb the Crow in that weather then I can do it in any weather. Knowledge gained through experience is extremely valuable. Although the weather was atrocious, it was a fantastic ride and I gained an insight into my body and more importantly my mind!
