The Three Trees……

This group of three trees are in a carpark on the edge of the Taylor River Reserve. I have photographed it often. An early walk with Maisie… I needed an umbrella at times. Luckily the light showers abated later in the day and we had sunshine. There are massive adverse effects from the storms and torrential rain of the last few days. The top of the South Island is, in many areas, a disaster zone. It is hoped we have seen the last of the heavy rains. For a while. There is much healing of the land and its communities to be undertaken. And that may take years.
