Water under the Bridge…..

The Taylor River is in flood yet again. Thank goodness for the Taylor Dam which throttles back considerable quantities of flood waters from its southeast catchment. A State of Emergency was declared over parts of Marlborough badly affected by floods, landslides and horrendous damage to the roading networks. Communities are cut off and State Highways to Nelson and Tasman are impassable and closed. It is very grim for all those badly affected folk and communities. Kia kaha
