Red sky in the morning……

……… Shepherd’s warning. Oh dear.
As much as we appreciate being warned we don’t want or need any more rain. We have had more than enough rain. News bulletins, TV, Social Media and friend’s and family’s photos are cumulatively revealing the extent of damage from flooding, landslides, downed trees and wrecked buildings wreaked on the top of the South Island. And it is horrendous and heartbreaking. I feel so distressed at people’s plights. I wish I could wave a magic wand and put everything right…. Back to the days before these terrible storms. But all I can say is Kia Kaha and Arohanui.
