Hiding in Plain Sight

We had a wonderful, leisurely Sunday as it should be. Slept late, made an easy breakfast and planned the day. I checked to see if my Mother needed groceries and she was out of several items. We needed a few things also. Momma had no meal plans. My BIL was feeling sick; my sister would not be going to visit. We stopped at the Oriental Market and bought all three of us a lumpia and pansit combo meal. Momma was thrilled. I was trying to blip an elusive butterfly and caught sight of this gorgeous hardy hibiscus in bloom. The bush was behind her rain barrel and I almost missed it. Mine have buds but will probably open while we are away. Two more days… Hubby topped off our truck and filled five small gas cans - cost more than $135! Since it’s National Ice Cream Day, we stopped at Aldi’s to get a carton of butter pecan on the way home. The rest of the day is free. Ahhh! Thanks for the visit.
