Helmsley

A long planned lunch with colleagues I started my teaching career with. It is amazing how some friendships endure. Lovely to catch up on friends and family. 

We enjoyed our lunch at Manions which two of my sons recommended. Unfortunately we didn’t have room for cake! Maybe next time…

A wander round Helmsley produced todays phone photo. The shops always seem to have superb floral displays. Just the job for Floral Friday. Before departing we made a provisional date to meet up again in October.
