Open Studios

A drop in temperature encouraged us both to have a run. Much more pleasant than recent runs.

We then had some shopping to do in York. Popped in to Next and got a bargain cycle gilet. Just the job for both running and cycling for under £10. No wonder the assistant had sold half a dozen in just an hour this morning.

Past the local pottery that is part of a open studios event. This was standing outside of the studio.

Just time to enjoy a Yorkshire man Thomas Pidcock win todays stage of the Tour de France. How he wasn’t knocked off his bike on the climb I don’t know. Good to see Chris Froome coming back from injury in third. A fantastic performance not only by these two but also Geraint Thomas and Adam Yates.
