2022 Wednesday — Afternoon Light

I walked down the hallway and noticed the early evening light. In this, our SoCal house, we have two bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, we can sleep in, and another bedroom with a double bed that I can sleep in with the pups if Mr. Fun is not having a good night and snoozing too loudly.

This is Mr. Fun’s favorite bedroom in this house. It is not in the master bedroom room; we made that room into our office and each of us have a desk in that room.

When I saw the sunlight I thought about the opposites of this bedroom versus the one at our coast place. At the coast our bedroom gets morning sunlight and the room is very white with a ceiling fan. This room has no ceiling fan, the walls are old paneling (we’ve owned this place since 1970 and this room needs upgrading), and this room does not have a ceiling fan, but oh, this room is comfortable.
