First Snowdrops

My first Snowdrop post, because it was the first time I had seen some opened up and looking good. The churchyard was full of them, but I liked this little group by the river. I also liked the textures of the tree stump. 

I had been at the Optician's across the road - what a great place this is. The Optometrist is excellent, doing all the tests and explaining everything. I was pleased that the OCT test showed no issues at all. However, he said the cataract in one eye was now at the threshold for treatment and I decided to to go for it. I am a bit nervous as I have never had any surgery of any kind, but I am assured that this is nothing to be concerned about at all. So it would seem by the number of people I meet who have had cataract surgery.
