Wound up in Wexford

Cyclamen

I usually get a poinsettia for Christmas - and it rarely lasts beyond January, but I've not seen one on sale this year.  This is, of course, at least partly due to the fact that I rarely venture to the shops these day - I got into the habit of doing my grocery shopping as a "Click and Collect" during the second lockdown, and have continued that ever since.

But last time I was in the farm shop getting my veggies, I picked up a rather nice deep red cyclamen.  I prefer my cyclamen in a more natural setting, but I will admit that they give a welcome pop of colour in the house.

It was handy at 10 o'clock last night when I was still blipless.  I gave the flash one of its rare outings as there wasn't much light on the dining room table, and I couldn't be bothered to move the plant.
