The rain continued all night and through the morning. Fully waterproofed (boots, socks, trousers, two jackets and camera) I went for an afternoon walk in Rothay Park. There was no way out at the other end. The footbridge is where Stock Beck which flows under the Bridge House meets the River Rothay.  A few more photos in extras.
