A very wet day. Jane took a video of them driving along by Thirlmere and water was flowing off the fell and over the top of the wall beside the road. They couldn’t have chosen worse weather for a few days in the Lakes.  

Jason set my phone up and made it look easy. Then Jane gave me a lesson on how to use it (I was puzzled by the lack of a ‘home’ button) and has been rewarded not with a bottle of wine but the loan of a pair of wellies.  The little ones brought a picture for us and it’s perfect for today’s blip.  Shown secured to the fridge door with my Wallace and Gromit magnets.
