Tired of Tarragona

I loved the fed up expression of these two chaps today.
Another day, another city. We set off early and had breakfast in Tarragona. Cloudy start but then the sun came out. First visit for both of us. Very impressive.
After going to Mass in the Cathedral, we visited the Roman amphitheatre, the beach and the old town in the morning. We met our host and then had lunch in our flat. It’s tiny and three floors up but in the heart of the old town (next to the cathedral) with great views. The downside is that we hear the bells ringing constantly! Our evening meal was amazingly good value even by Spanish standards. A glass of wine, a cocktail and four pinchos (small tapas) in one of the main placas for just over a fiver!
