More heroes.

Sorry if you are now fed up of our village Scarecrow Festival but the blip opportunities are too good to ignore. 
After church we walked to the extremities of the village for exhibits we’d didn’t get to see yesterday.  We walked nearly 4 miles and still didn’t get to them all. It was very hot and sultry all the way but one of the reasons we stopped was it was looking like it might rain any minute. ( It hasn’t actually - yet!)

As yesterday we met lots of people to chat to en route. Something like this brings lots of people out in the village which is great.

Everyone who has participated is to be congratulated. Some common themes and some more original ones (see Wendles56), also some fun humorous ones, so it’s hard to declare any one the best but with the theme ‘Heroes’ and the outstanding quality of this entry I think Captain Tom has to be my number 1.
Wilsden Walker did a pretty comprehensive collage yesterday and I will probably do a Flickr album.

At least it’s occupied everyone’s mind this weekend before the event tonight!
