Croggan
It is so good to back in Mull. Within the first couple of hours we had ratcheted up three hinds, two stags, one golden eagle, two sea eagles, a Hen Harrier (GrassPoint) and an otter very close to the blip which is Croggan on Loch Spelve. Driving through Glen More towards Bunessan I spotted what I think were a pair of short eared owls hunting low over the grassland.
Heavy rain is forecast for tomorrow so a good chance of more otters who are not adverse to spot of inclement weather.
The extra are the obstacles on the road to Croggan and the unique but ubiquitous (on Mull) black rabbit.
