A gentle Sunday which passed quickly. This collection of mallards was blipped in the morning on my way to collect the papers. I don't recall seeing so many in the one place before, there must be something about the flow and depth of the water here. Strange that there were no ducklings at all.
Before this I met P and had a socially distanced conversation about her new guide dog in training. She is 17 months old and learning to notice but not react to other dogs, she seems very sociable and this must be tasking for her. She is due to complete her training in Forfar in a few weeks time.
The kingfishers appeared twice during this, unhappily I was the only one to see them. They do move fast but the blue electric streak is unmissable.
The debate goes on about the 2m social distancing dilemma. I do wonder if those who criticise politicians  have any idea of the enormity of the responsibility, no clear cut answers to anything. What would Bunty do?
